Hello! we’re delighted to let you about 2 new jobs. Both are for 1 year and will run til the end of our grant in March 2026. Our new team members will play key role in enabling our work to support the East Lothian Dementia Strategy
Development and Communications Facilitator – is an essential role in developing the Meeting Centre approach across East Lothian working with people living with dementia and unpaid carers, communities and professionals to change lives. The role also involves facilitating our learning network, DFEL Gatherings, reports and social media. The facilitator will work closely with Musselburgh Meeting Centre Members and the Team and with Meeting Centres Scotland. It’s the ideal job for a ‘people person’ with really good communication and digital skills and a passion for making a difference. Office Administrator – we need an experienced administrator to provide essential support to our direct work with people living with dementia and unpaid carers, work with communities and professionals. The administrator plays an important role in ensuring we are able to do our core work, running our financial, HR and admin work. The closing date for both posts is 8am on 20th January 2025. We’re all busy over the festive season so we hope a bit of extra time to think and we hope write your application will make life a bit easier.
